Memphis is HOME

From Memphis' Home Coming

Our family is almost complete. Bryan was able to go back to the States and bring Memphis back with him. We sure have missed our puppy, but I don't think as much as he has missed us. Ari is in heaven. She asks for him first thing in the morning and after school. She follows him all over the house and lays on him. Glad to have our big boy with us. The picture is of him while we were giving him a bath after his long flight.

Ari decided she wanted to be in the picture with the Soccer Champs. One of the guys in the picture is from Bryan's Command. Ari loves to run on the soccer field and kick the ball.

Month of the Military Child

From Military Child Celebration

April is the month of the military child. To kick of the month they had a celebration with children showing off their different talents. The CDC put together a program at the beginning. There were lots of activities to participate in. The CDC has different activities throughout the month to celebrate the military child.

BTW Ari loved the fire truck. The guys were so cute with her and let her talk on the radio so everyone at the event could hear her.

The Birthday Girl

From Ari's Bday at CDC

Ari's birthday was a little bit drawn out this year. Bryan was in San Diego on Ari's actual birthday. We had a girls day to celebrate. Ari went to school and celebrated with her class with an ice cream cake. Then Santha and I took her to see Gnomeo and Juliet and to Build a Bear before going to dinner. I think she had fun.

Dodgeball

From CTF 52 Dodgeball Tournament

Bryan had the opportunity to participate in a dodgeball tournament his command was hosting. There were teams representing many different Nations. It was fun to listen to all the different languages being spoken. The Nations I know of were: Spain, England, France, Pakistan, Portugal, Greece, and the US. Ari was the cheerleader and the tournament director. Half way through the tournament she decided to take my clipboard from me and start writing on it and directing the team captains. It was pretty funny.
